How long does a website take?
A Starter site is typically two to three weeks; Business Pro runs three to four. Custom builds depend on scope — we'll tell you up front, in writing.
Do I own the site when it's done?
Yes. You own the code, the content, and the domain. We set things up in your accounts wherever possible, so you're never locked in or held hostage.
Can you redesign my existing site?
Absolutely — redesigns are a big part of what we do. We'll keep what's working, fix what isn't, and carry over your content so you don't start from scratch.
What about hosting, domain, and email?
We handle setup — domain, business email, and SSL included. You can host with whoever you like; we'll recommend something fast and affordable, or manage it for you.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance?
If you want it. Many clients launch and handle small edits themselves; others prefer we keep things updated and secure. We don't push a retainer that isn't earned.
